NEVER PAY FOR ENVELOPES AGAIN!

Check out this VERY FRUGAL video on YouTube ... this lady makes all her own envelopes to mail her hand-stamped cards - using either larger recycled envelopes or from scratch, using a plain sheet of paper!

AND ... there's NO MEASURING involved - WAHOO!!!
