Just a quick post this am before I head out for the day ... I had some pieces left over from my cupcake card (small flowers & hearts from the Sizzlets Big Bold Cupcake die by Stampin' up!) that the frugal stamper in me couldn't throw out ... and once I saw this week's sketch challenge over at 2 Sketches 4 You, I could "see" the finished cards in my mind! The pink one on the left also meets a couple of other challenges while the turquoise one on the right is a "spare". Enjoy!
CHALLENGES MET:
2 Sketches 4 You (Kazan's sketch # 31)
Our Creative Corner (Triple Play: 3 different embellishments: rhinestone brad, stapled ribbon & pearl dots)
Color Chef (#15: yellow, pink & white)
SUPPLIES USED:
(all Stampin' Up!© unless otherwise stated)
Raspberry Lemonade Designer Series Paper;
Melon Mambo, Summer sun, Bermuda Bay, Taken with Teal, Dusty Durango, Naturals Ivory & Whisper White card stock' (some are textured cs)
Hearts Cuttlebug embossing folder; "Big Bold Birthday" Sizzix Sizzlets dies, Big Shot die cutter, Whisper White taffeta Ribbon, Clear Rhinestone Brads, Pearl Dots (maker unknown).
Your cards are both lovely - great job on using leftovers :)
